We invite abstract submissions via our website<\/strong> or email<\/strong>. All abstracts undergo a rigorous peer review process<\/strong> to ensure high-quality presentations.<\/p>\n\n

Submission Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
    \n
  • Abstracts must be submitted in Word (.doc\/.docx)<\/strong> or PDF format<\/strong>. Password-protected files are not accepted.<\/li>\n
  • Maximum word count: 300\u2013400 words<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Multiple authors are allowed; one must be designated as the corresponding author<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Corresponding author\u2019s details (email, phone) must be accurate for future communication.<\/li>\n
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Titles should be clear, concise, and descriptive<\/strong> of the content.<\/li>\n
  • All authors must be aware of the corresponding author\u2019s submission.<\/li>\n
  • Use standard abbreviations<\/strong>; tables, figures, or images are not permitted<\/strong> in the abstract.<\/li>\n
  • Abstract modifications are allowed up to 30 days before the conference<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Sample abstracts<\/strong> are available for download on our website or upon request from the Program Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Abstract Peer Review Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

    All submitted abstracts undergo a blind peer-review process<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Reviewed by Organizing Committee members and expert reviewers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Criteria for acceptance: scientific quality, originality, plagiarism check, and adherence to format<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Authors will be notified of acceptance via email and WhatsApp<\/strong>, along with an acceptance letter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Accepted abstracts require confirmed registration<\/strong> to secure the presentation slot.<\/li>\n
    • Abstracts not meeting criteria or format will be rejected<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      Oral Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

      Presentation Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Format: .ppt, .pdf, .doc<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Slides should be concise<\/strong>; avoid excessive text.<\/li>\n
      • Font: Times New Roman or Arial<\/strong>, consistent throughout.<\/li>\n
      • Presentations must be compatible with both Windows and Mac<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Usage of personal laptops is not allowed<\/strong> unless unavoidable.<\/li>\n
      • Video recording during sessions is prohibited<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Q&A sessions and awards<\/strong> occur at the end; all presenters must remain until session completion.<\/li>\n
      • Recommended: submit slides to the Program Manager one month prior<\/strong>, and bring a backup on a flash drive<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Audio-Visual Setup:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Basic AV: pointer, cordless mic, desktop mic, and sound system provided.<\/li>\n
        • Use clear tables, graphs, and visuals<\/strong>; ensure visibility on all devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Timing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Presentation time must be strictly followed; speakers must stop when signaled by the session chair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Poster Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
              \n
            • Recommended size: 1 m \u00d7 1 m<\/strong>; must not exceed this.<\/li>\n
            • Content: \u2264700 words<\/strong>, including graphs, charts<\/strong>, and minimal tables.<\/li>\n
            • Must include: abstract title, authors, affiliations, and contact information (email, phone).<\/li>\n
            • Text and visuals should be clearly visible from 1\u20132 meters<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • Poster organization: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.<\/li>\n
            • Font: Times New Roman, minimum 14pt<\/strong>, consistent formatting.<\/li>\n
            • Recommended text:graphics:space ratio: 2:4:4<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            • High-resolution images and clear graphs are preferred; avoid large tables of raw data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

              Video Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
                \n
              • Pre-recorded video presentations only<\/strong>; submit to Program Manager one month prior<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • File format: MPEG-4 (.mp4)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Duration: maximum 20 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Include: abstract title, authors, affiliations, and contact info in the video.<\/li>\n
              • Presenters may appear via webcam<\/strong>; webcam can be turned off if desired.<\/li>\n
              • Video specifications: HD 720p or higher<\/strong>, good lighting, clear background, uniform font (min. 25pt).<\/li>\n
              • Videos should not contain embedded videos or subtitles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Speak clearly, enunciate well, and ensure good audio quality.<\/li>\n
